The Screw Cleaner Furnace has been specifically designed for the extrusion industry. The special design allows for screws up to 9 metres in length to be cleaned.
The system incorporates an integral carrier that allows the screws to be loaded and processed without deforming. The system also incorporates a double water mist system that controls the low oxygen atmosphere, so that no damage to the parts occurs.
The furnace is also complete with an outside dolly so that loading an unloading can be achieved very easily.
Full process diagnostic, which monitors the furnace system is also a standard feature.
